Sheet-fed document scanner

Will the Epson WorkForce ES-C380W work?

Yes. Going by Epson's own pages, it can capture today with eSCL (AirScan), a network connection, scan to email, scan to cloud and a TWAIN driver.

A compact wireless desktop scanner with a 2.4-inch touchscreen; its ScanWay feature scans to a USB drive, mobile devices, email or the cloud.

Easiest path to one place

Scan over your network, no driver

This model speaks eSCL (AirScan), so a computer, phone or service on the same network can pull pages straight from it. Nothing to install on each desk.

How it can capture

  • eSCL / AirScan

  • TWAIN Direct

  • Scan to email

Press a button on the device and the pages arrive in an inbox.

  • Scan to cloud

    Yes

The device, or the maker's own software or service, sends pages to cloud storage.

  • TWAIN driver (classic)

The long-standing way to scan. A driver installed on a computer lets scanning apps run the scanner, usually over a USB cable.
