Will the Ricoh ScanSnap iX2500 work?

Yes. Going by Ricoh's own pages, it can capture today with a network connection, scan to email and scan to cloud.

The top ScanSnap model: 45 pages (90 sides) a minute, with a 5-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi and a USB-C port.

Easiest path to one place

Scan to one shared inbox

Set up scan to email once, send everything to a single address, and every page lands in the same place.

How it can capture

  • Scan to email

Press a button on the device and the pages arrive in an inbox.

  • Scan to cloud

    Yes

The device, or the maker's own software or service, sends pages to cloud storage.
