Will the Xerox AltaLink B8100 series work?
Yes. Going by Xerox's own pages, it can capture today with eSCL (AirScan), a network connection, scan to email, scan to cloud and a TWAIN driver.
Xerox's black-and-white A3 copier family (B8145, B8155, B8170); the B8155 is an example model.
Easiest path to one place
Scan over your network, no driver
This model speaks eSCL (AirScan), so a computer, phone or service on the same network can pull pages straight from it. Nothing to install on each desk.
How it can capture
eSCL / AirScan
YesDriverless network scanning. Apple calls it AirScan, part of AirPrint, and Mopria Scan uses it too. Nothing to install on the computer.
