Will the Xerox VersaLink C415 / C625 family work?
Yes. Going by Xerox's own pages, it can capture today with eSCL (AirScan), a network connection, scan to email, scan to cloud and a TWAIN driver.
Xerox's color A4 VersaLink copiers; the C625 is the example model and the C415 is its smaller sibling.
Easiest path to one place
Scan over your network, no driver
This model speaks eSCL (AirScan), so a computer, phone or service on the same network can pull pages straight from it. Nothing to install on each desk.
How it can capture
eSCL / AirScan
YesDriverless network scanning. Apple calls it AirScan, part of AirPrint, and Mopria Scan uses it too. Nothing to install on the computer.
Yes. Supports mobile scanning with Mopria Scan and Apple AirPrint.[1][2]
TWAIN Direct
Check with usThe newer, driverless TWAIN. Apps reach the scanner over the network with nothing to install.

Network or Wi-Fi
YesConnects to your network on its own, so it does not have to stay plugged into one computer.
Yes. Network cable is standard. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct need the optional Xerox Dual Band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Kit.[1][2]
Scan to email
YesPress a button on the device and the pages arrive in an inbox.
Scan to cloud
YesThe device, or the maker's own software or service, sends pages to cloud storage.
Yes, but only with the optional Scan To Cloud Enablement Kit, for Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive.[1][2]
TWAIN driver (classic)
YesThe long-standing way to scan. A driver installed on a computer lets scanning apps run the scanner, usually over a USB cable.
Yes. Scanning programs on a computer can scan from it over the network, and can start the scan from the computer.[1][2]
Works with: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016-2022, macOS 12-14, Fedora, Ubuntu; iOS and Android (Mopria Scan, AirPrint Scan, Xerox Easy Assist App)
